Welcome! My name is Tirion Dowsett, and I'm a Barre and Yoga Teacher based in Pembrokeshire in West Wales.  During the Covid-19 pandemic, I found movement to be a primary source of joy to me. The joy I found in movement made me passionate to encourage others to move their body to help improve their own physical and mental well-being. 

 

My journey as a movement teacher began in 2021, when I qualified as a Barre teacher. I was drawn to barre as it offered an inclusive mode of movement that improves balance, strength and mobility. The barre classes I offer are full of spice and fun taking us through a full body workout with a smile.

During 2022 I have undertaken my 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. This course of study has allowed me to deepen my understanding of my own body and those around me. Yoga has taught me to appreciate and nurture my body through mindful and considered movement. In my yoga classes, I hope to empower others to move intuitively, finding the fire when they need it most, and also to embrace the need for rest and rejuvenation.
